Shipping & Returns | General Questions

We are sorry to hear that you received a damaged box/item. Please contact us at daniela@harrisonfae.ca or 647-283-9286 within 48 hours of receiving your box. If you receive a box with damaged contents, please include photographic evidence documenting the damaged product to receive a replacement product.

We’re sorry to hear that the items from the Harrison Fae Home box didn't fit your space style. You may return your box if you notify us within 7 days of receiving your item and provide proof you have sent the box back to us within 10 days. Unfortunately we do not pay for return shipping. This will be up to the customer to pay for and provide us with shipping proof.

Don't love one item in your box?

There are no returns of single items. The box comes as a set to be placed around your home. Unfortunately at this time you can not pick and choose the items from the box. All items are sold together as a set. If you don't like particular items, we always recommend spreading the home decor love and gifting to friends/family

As soon as we received payment and we have confirmed all information is correct, our team will start working on your order. It can take 5-8 business days to arrive from the shipment date. NOTE: Shipping delays are an evident thing in current times. Please know that once your box is shipped you will be provided tracking information. At this point it is up to the shipper to deliver your goods on time. We do not have control over their timelines.

That means you can see before what items will be sent to you. At this time, you can’t choose what will be in your box… but rest assured we’ll send you real treasures.
